硫磺制酸装置尾气烟囱冒白烟原因分析

本装置设计产量为3 000 t/d,产品为98.5%的硫酸。试车过程中尾气烟囱一直冒白烟。经现场排查发现,烟囱白烟为硫磺带入的水份超标造成的。本文给出了解决问题的措施:(1)在固体硫磺中加入硅藻土和石灰;(2)加强硫磺的储存管理工作;(3)把好硫磺原料质量关,做好分析检测工作。

Cause Analysis of Opaque Tail gas From Asulphur-burning Sulphuric Acid Plant

The design production capacity of the asulphur-buming sulphuric acid plant is 3 kt/d, the product is 98.5 wt% H2SO4.The problem of mist plume from tail is existing. Through the on-site investigation, the reason to cause the tail gas opacity is found, that is, moisture contents in raw material sulphur. In this paper, the measures were put forward as follows： （1） blending some diatomite and lime into sulphur;（2） strengthening the management of sulphur storage;（3） controlling quality of sulfur raw material.
