金属钠副产品氯气除尘工艺的改进

通过对金属钠生产中副产物——氯气处理工艺的研究,分析和总结了目前利用竖档板式降尘室和水浴除尘在氯气净化过程中出现的问题和缺陷,并针对上述问题和缺陷提出改用横档板式降尘室和布袋除尘器作为主要除尘净化设备,通过提高重力除尘效率和过滤除尘高效地除去氯气中的粉尘,提高净化效率。

Improvement of Removal Process by Chlorine the Byproduct of Sodium

Based on the study of treatment process by chlorine of the byproduct of sodium,it was analyzed and summarized that the problems and defects of vertical baffle type dust setting chamber and water bath removal in service at present. According to these defects,the use of diaphragm type dust setting chamber and bag- filtering dust precipitator was put forward as the main dust purification equipment. Then it can improve the purification efficiency and remove dust in chlorine effectively through improving the dust removal efficiency of gravity sedimentation and filter method.
