摘    要:埋地卧式油罐是一种卧式容器,被广泛应用于加油站、油库等。常用来储存汽油、柴油、煤油等燃料。本设计主要包括封头设计;壁厚设计;人孔的设计;接管、法兰、垫片和螺栓的设计。本设计的依据是GB150—1998钢制压力容器—国家标准和《油罐及管道强度设计》。本文通过对埋地卧式油罐封头、基础、鞍座、以及附件的选型研究,使我们对油罐的设计有了较全面了解,并且掌握各类压力容器分析和设计的基本概念、基本方法与基本原理。综上所述,本油罐是严格按照各种规范设计完成的,功能齐全、经济合理,能够满足各项业务需求。

Abstract:Buried horizontal tank is a horizontal container, which is widely used in gas stations, oil depots, and also used to store gasoline, diesel, kerosene and other fuels. Its design includes head design, thickness design, manhole design, nozzle design, flange design, gasket design and bolt design. The design is based on the GB150-1998 Steel Pressure Vessels - National Standards and Tank & Pipe Strength Design. In this article, type selection of buried horizontal tank head, base, saddle and other accessories was studied; basic concepts, principles and basic methods of all kinds of pressure vessel analysis and design were introduced.
