摘    要:聚乙炔衍生物中,在手性侧基诱导下,聚乙炔主链能呈现螺旋构象。本文研究从L-亮氨酸出发,以廉价易得的L-氨基酸为原料,通过酯化反应、缩合反应,在其侧链引入手性,以较优的合成条件和较高的合成产率得到了螺旋结构的聚乙炔衍生物。整个实验过程化合物分离方便,操作方便。采用核磁共振波谱对产物进行结构表征。

Abstract:Under the induction of chiral side groups, polyacetylene main chain in polyacetylene derivatives can show helical conformation. In this paper, taking L-amino acid as raw material, helical polyacetylene derivatives were synthesized via esterification reaction and condensation reaction by introducing chiral molecules in the side chain, and high yield of the products was obtained under optimum synthesis conditions. During the experiment, separation of the compounds was convenient, and the overall operation was easy. At last, the structure of the synthesized product was characterized by NMR ^1H and ^13C.
