摘    要:介绍了稀土改性Y型分子筛的研究进展及其作用机理,综述了稀土改性Y型分子筛的常用方法及性能。指出Y型分子筛引入稀土离子,提高了热、水热稳定性和裂化活性;稀土离子在Y型分子筛上的定位情况,可对分子筛酸性、活性和稳定性有着显著的影响;稀土离子的定位分布和稀土离子水合状态和迁移相关,这与其制备方法有关,结合制备方法与表征定位分布研究方法,说明稀土Y分子筛的结构稳定性和酸中心形成机理,提出稀土Y分子筛的结构模型,为稀土改性Y型分子筛的制备工艺提供了理论基础。

Abstract:The research process and mechanism of zeolite Y rare modified by rare earth were introduced, and the methods and performance of zeolite Y modified by rare earth's were described. It is revealed that after bringing in rare earth ions,the zeolite's hydrothermal stability and cracking activity are increased; the positioning of positive rare earth ions has great influences on zeolite's acidity,cracking activity and structure stability; the positioning process mentioned above is closely relevant to rare earth ions' ionic hydration and migration,which is affected by preparation method. Combining preparation method and characteristic positioning distribution research method can not only present its structure model,explain its structure stability and formation of acid center,but also provide its preparation process with theoretic base.
