摘    要:针对某台600 MW亚临界汽轮发电机组高中压转子的振动缓慢爬升的异常现象,通过分析该机组带负荷运行和启停机过程的振动特征,确定高中压转子存在偏向一侧的均匀热变形,形成和原始不平衡质量同方向的偏心.产生转子热变形的原因可能是转子存在材质不均匀,而非造成临时热变形的局部受热不均.在这种转子状态下,停机过程必须采取一些现场特殊措施,否则可能由于振动过大,造成停机过程中出现机组设备的损坏.

Analysis on Hot Bending Vibration Characteristics of 600-MW Subcritical Steam Turbine Unit Rotors

Abstract:In this paper, the study is carried out on the abnormal HP-IP rotor vibration with slowly increasing amplitude in one 600-MW subcritical steam-turbo generator. Through the analysis on the vibration characteristics during normal loading operation, startup process and shutdown process, it is concluded that evenly hot deformation occurs on one side of the rotor, which causes eccentricity in the same direction of the original unbalancing mass. The hot deformation may come from the uneven material property rather than the temporary hot deformation caused by uneven local heating. Under this rotor condition, special measures must be taken during shutdown process to prevent turbine damage from severe vibration.
