PXIe技术在多物理量检测系统中的研制与应用

摘    要:用先进的工业组态软件,结合PXIe总线技术及智能传感器,快速处理各类数据,保证测试精度和速度。实验表明:该测控系统的机械可靠性高,数据采集系统的硬件设计和数据处理过程的软件编制部分协调工作,大大改善了检测条件,提高了检测水平,降低了检测成本,是目前性能较高的多物理量检测系统。

Abstract:Using advanced industrial configuration software together with PXIe technology and smart sensor can not only help to solve data quickly, but also ensure the test precision and speed. The experiment shows that the system is mechanically reliable and the hardware of the data acquisition system works well with its data processing part. It is more effective in the multi-parameters detecting system. It improves the test conditions and test levels. Also it reduces costs.
