煅烧闪发冷凝水回收再利用技术改造

摘    要:根据环保节能工作需要,中盐青海昆仑碱业有限公司淘汰了热电车间三台链条式锅炉,生产中用中压蒸汽改由公司新建100万t纯碱生产线二期提供,煅烧闪发冷凝水无法再回到锅炉进行回收利用。为解决该问题,公司实施了煅烧闪发冷凝水技术改造工作,既解决了闪发冷凝水的回收问题,又提高了氧化钙的消化反应速度,石灰石的分解率得到明显提高,为公司取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:According to environmental protection and energy conservation needs, three chain - type boilers of the thermoelectric plant were eliminated out in the Qinghai Kunlun Lye Go., Ltd. of CNSIC. Medium pressure steam using in the production was replaced by the company's new one million tons of soda ash production line two. Calcined flash condensate water can no longer be recycled back to the boiler. For solving this problem, the company carried out calcined flash condensate water technology transformation work, which both solved the calcined flash condensate water recycling problem and increased the digestion reaction rate of calcium oxide. Limestone decomposition rate has been significantly improved, which achieved good economic results for the company.
