摘    要:采用自主设计的木醋液制融雪剂的自动化装置,重点研究了脱色系统的优化,采用膜过滤初级脱色和活性炭精制脱色两部分相结合,可大大降低活性炭用量和脱色成本,提高脱色效率。研究结果表明,优化脱色工艺为先采用膜过滤初级脱色可使吸光度值由3.0降低为1.19,脱色效率60.3%。再用活性炭精制脱色3小时,最终可得到吸光度值为0.03的浅色透明液体产品。活性炭比表面积由208.969 m2/g降低为65.001 m2/g,衰减了68.89%。

Abstract:The automation equipment for snowmelt agent preparation from wood vinegar fluid was used to study the optimization of decolorizing system. The dosage of activated carbon and the decolorizing cost were reduced by combining membrane filtration primary decolorizing and activated carbon refined decolorizing, and the efficiency of decolorization was also improved. The results show that the absorbance value is reduced from 3.0 to 1.19 through the membrane filtration decolorizing; the decolorizing efficiency is 60.3%;the light-colored transparent liquid product with the absorbance value of 0.03 can be finally produced after the activated carbon refined decolorizing for 3 h; specific surface area of activated carbon is decreased from 208.969 m^2/g to 65.001 m^2/g and decays by 68.89%.
