化学水处理自动控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:文章以某盐化工企业自备热电站化学水处理成套装置为背景,介绍了其自动控制系统的设计与实现。该系统将Quantum PLC作为下位机,iFix作为上位机构成了一套两级控制系统,实现对化学水系统的远程监控以及手动和自动控制等功能。该系统投运以来,设备运行正常,符合设计的要求。

Abstract:The paper introduced the design and realization of control system for chemical water treatment system in a slat and chemical industry company' s thermal power plant. It took Quantum PLC as hypogynous computer and iFix as superior institutions to compose a two level control system and realized remote monitoring and manual automatic control function of the chemical water system. As a result, the system had completely met the design requirement.
