基于单片机的氧指数仪控制器开发

摘    要:为适应最新国家标准,并且提高氧指数测定的准确性和效率,基于单片机开发了智能氧指数仪控制器。介绍了氧指数的测定原理,重点阐述了控制器的总体方案设计和硬件设计,随后介绍该控制器采用的一种参数自整定的模糊PID控制算法及其软件实现。实验结果表明该控制器性能优异,符合国家标准要求,具有较强的实用性。

Abstract:To meet the requirements of the latest national standards and improve the accuracy and efficiency of oxy gen index tester, a controller for smart oxygen index tester based upon microprocessor was designed. This paper intro duces the measuring principle of oxygen index. It concentrates on the overall design and hardware design of the control ler. Then the paper introduces a parameter self-tuning Fuzzy-PID control algorithm and its software implementation. Ex perimental results show that the controller meets the requirements of national standards and has outstanding performance and strong applicability.
