摘    要:天津长芦海晶集团有限公司化工厂氯化钾车间现有的150 m2管壳式换热器,在生产过程中多次出现管板与换热管接口处渗漏以及换热能力略显不足等问题。文章分析了原管壳式换热器出现问题的原因,并在更新改造设计中进行了有针对性的设计改进。

Design Improvements of 150 m2 of Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger for Potassium Chloride Workshop

Abstract:The 150 m2 shell and tube heat exchanger was used in the potash chloride workshop of Tianjin Changlu Haijing Group Co., Ltd., which had the problem that the liquid leakage on the tube - tube sheet joints and insufficient heat exchange capacity showed. The causes to these faults of shell and tube heat exchanger were analyzed. The reformation design was taken for a targeted design improvements.
