摘    要:随着变频调速技术和可编程控制器的飞速发展,它们已经成为当代工业自动化的主要装置之一,在工业生产领域得到广泛使用。设计一种基于可编程逻辑控制器和变频器的电机控制系统,对电动机进行变频调速,实验结果表明,闭环系统精度较好,在对精度有较高要求情况下应采用闭环控制。

Abstract:With the rapid development of variable frequency speed regulation technology and programmable control- ler, they have become one of the main devices of the contemporary industrial automation and are widely used in the field of industrial production. This paper designes a motor control system based on the programmable logic controller and fre- quency converter. It regulates the speed of motor by variable frequency. The experimental results show that the accuracy of closed-loop system is better. Closed-loop control should be adopted to meet the higher precision requirement.
