摘    要:电力生产消耗的化石燃料是中国温室气体排放的主要来源,是温室气体管理工作的重点内容。确保温审气体量化的准确性是电力企业温室气体排放管理工作的基础。通过对某燃煤电厂实测数据的分析对比,研究了燃煤电厂典型温室气体排放源的量化方法的差异和差异来源,并结合中国电厂的普遍情况,提出了符合国际惯例及中国现状的碳排放量化方法。

Comparison of GHG Emission Quantification Methods for Coal-Fired Electric Power Enterprises

Abstract:GHG emissions in China are mainly from fossil fuel combustion in electrical power generation, which make it the key element of GHG management in China. Ensuring the accuracy of GHG quantification in electric power enterprises is essential to the GHG management. In this paper, through the analysis and comparison of measurement data from a coal-fired power plant, the differences between those quantification methods for typical sources of GHG emissions as well as the root cause of these differences are investigated. In combination with the general situation of the power plants in China, proposals on GHG quantification methods for electric power enterprises are put forward conforming to international practices and China' s current situation.
