基于ZigBee网络的甲烷监测系统设计

摘    要:针对环境监测和工矿现场对甲烷浓度监测的需要,分析了现有监测技术存在的缺陷,提出了以ZigBee无线传感网络技术为基础的甲烷浓度监测新方法。采用红外吸收光谱检测原理,实现甲烷浓度的精确测量,由ZigBee无线收发模块完成甲烷浓度的采集、处理与传输,实现自组网无线浓度在线监测。文中介绍了系统架构、硬件方案和软件设计。

Abstract:To meet the requirements of monitoring environments and detecting the methane concentration in the in- dustrial-mining field, the paper analyzes the faults of the current monitoring technology,and puts forward a new method of detecting the methane concentration based on the ZigBee wireless sensor technology. We adopt the infrared spectrum absorption principle to measure accurate concentration of the methane, use ZigBee wireless receiving and transmitting modules to control the collecting, dealing and the transmitting of the methane concentration, realizing the wireless con- centration measurement of the self-networking. The system structure, the hardware scheme and the design of the software are given in this paper.
