双螺杆挤出机半实物仿真实验系统的研究

摘    要:为了方便工业过程和教学实验中对双螺杆挤出机的控制调试,且使调试更贴近实际,降低调试成本,减少调试过程的危险性,提出了一种与现场较接近、成本低、安全性好的半实物仿真双螺杆挤出机实验系统。通过在计算机构建的双螺杆挤出机仿真数学模型和以单片机为核心的硬件平台协同工作,实现系统仿真控制。以C8051F020单片机为核心的硬件平台接入计算机仿真回路中,并能够在仿真回路中实时运行;软件设计方面,在计算机上设计了反映双螺杆挤出机主要运行信息的人机界面。设计了双螺杆挤出机3个加热器的温度数学模型,并采用PID增量型控制算法对加热器的温度进行控制。通过实际调试,在自动化教学实验室实现了对双螺杆挤出机直观生动的仿真。

Abstract:In order to facilitate on control and debug the twin-screw extruder in industrial processes and the teaching experiments, the paper designs a hardware-in-loop simulation of twin-screw extruder experiment system which is closer to scene, low cost and safe. The system establishes a mathematical model of twin-screw extruder through computer to simulate the realistic system. The hardware circuit based on C8051F020 can be operated with the simulation loop in real time. A man-machine interface is designed, which can vividly display the main operation information of the twin-screw extruder. Finally, temperature mathematical model of 3 heaters of twin-screw extruder is designed and PID incremental con- trol algorithms are presented. Through the actual debugging, intuitive simulation about the designed twin-screw extruder is obtained in the automation laboratory.
