The Design of Small Torque Standard Machine Based on Air Bearing Technology

This paper introduced the research process of torque standard machine developed by Shanghai Institute of Quality Inspection and Technical Research. The principles of operation, mechanical structures and key techniques were demonstrated in this paper. Meanwhile, the uncertainty of this torque standard machine was analyzed, which was less than 5×10^-4（k=2）.
