摘    要:基于CO2捕集的富氧燃煤烟气联合脱硫脱硝技术,提出一种新型的垃圾焚烧烟气净化工艺,可以在烟气压缩净化流程中联合脱除HCl、SO2及NO等污染物并资源化回收酸液.运用流程模拟软件AspenPlus对一个350 t/d的回转窑式纯氧熔融焚烧垃圾排烟的联合脱酸烟气净化过程进行了模拟,得到了主要节点的物质流量、组分和化学反应的参数,以及脱除HCl、SO2和NO的效率.结果表明:该烟气净化工艺脱除HCl和SO2的效率约为100%,脱硝效率也可达93%,每小时可回收质量分数为40%的稀硫酸306 kg和质量分数为15%的稀硝酸51 kg.此外,针对停留时间对脱硫脱硝效率的影响进行了分析.

Numerical Simulation of New Oxygen-Enriched Waste Incineration Flue gas Purification Technology

Abstract:Derived from the combined technology of desulfurization and denitration for oxygen-enriched coal-fired flue gas based on C02 capture, a new flue gas purification process for waste incineration is proposed. The new technology can realize the simultaneous HCl, SO2 and NO removing and recover the acid products in the flue gas compression and purification processes. With the Aspen Plus process simulation software, the numerical simulation of joint flue gas deacidifleation and purification process is carried out on a 350-t/d rotary kiln using pure oxygen melting incineration technology. The mass flow rate and component at critical nodes, the chemical reaction parameters and the HC1, SO2 and NO removal effieieneies are obtained. The results show that the HCI and S02 removing efficiencies are about 100% and the denitration efficiency can reach 93%. At the same time, 306 kg of 40% dilute sulphurie acid and 51 kg of 15% diluted nitric acid can be recovered each hour. In addition, the sensitivity analysis on the influence of retention time on the efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification is also conducted.
