| 摘 要： | 大型BOT项目投资巨大,其中标人一般不会全部使用自有资金进行建设,需使用银团贷款的形式获得部分资金.本文介绍了银团贷款概况和流程,阐述了采用银团贷款的优点,并提出了中标人采用银团贷款时需注意的事项,以帮助其有效获得银团贷款.

| Abstract: | Large-scale BOT project needs large number of money,and its successful bidder will not use its own money to invest it generally,so syndicated loan will be used to gain some investment that successful bidder needs to construct large-scale BOT project.In this paper,general situation and procedure of syndicated loan is introduced,its advantages are also put forward.And items that should paid attention to when using syndicated loan are advanced to help successful bidder use it more effectively. |
