| 摘 要： | 采用接枝的方法在丁腈-40分子链中接入羧基,获得了高门尼黏度的羧基丁腈橡胶,并用其对环氧树脂进行改性,从而制备出耐高温环氧树脂结构胶。通过加入促进剂可将固化温度从180℃降至120℃。

| Abstract: | High mooney viscosity carboxylic NBR(HMVC-NBR) was prepared by grafting high mooney viscosity NBR.Then the HMVC-NBR was used for the modification of epoxy resins.The effect of different milling time,milling temperature,radical,content of rubber on mechanical properties has been studied.The result shows that the epoxy resin grafted with carboxyl radical has good properties.It is found that the toughness of epoxy resin increases,the shear strength and peel strength at 25 ℃ is increased dramatically with the adding of HMVC-NBR respectively,as well as shear strength at 300 ℃ decreases.Some heat-resistance adhesives cured at elevate temperature(170 ℃～180 ℃) or at moderate temperature(120 ℃) were developed.Now the adhesives have been applied for the manufacture of aluminum honeycomb and Nomex honeycomb. |
