氧化钨纳米线的制备及表征和一氧化碳的气敏性能(英文)

摘    要:采用简单水热法制备了六方相氧化钨纳米线,并采用X射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线光电子分光仪和Brtmaucr-Emmctt-Teller法等分析手段和方法表征纳米线的各项性能.研究了水热反应时间对水热反应产物结构、形貌和比表面积的影响.将该纳米线用丝网印刷法制备成敏感膜,经350℃烧结1h后,测试了其在200~350℃的温度范围内对低浓度(1~100)×10-6]CO气体的气敏性能,结果表明:敏感膜具有良好的响应恢复特性和较高的稳定性及重复性,在350℃时,其灵敏度高达4.8;对同种浓度的CO气体,经多次重复测试后其电阻值仍能升高或降低到同一水平;随测试温度的升高,该纳米线敏感膜的灵敏度基本上呈线性增加的趋势.
