摘    要:创建学习型企业的过程,是推动企业不断增强学习力、创造力与核心竞争力,不断实现自我超越的过程。通过分析在创建学习型企业过程中应该加速进行的四个转变及其意义,说明创建学习型企业,是增强企业核心竞争力,推动企业参与激烈的市场竞争,保持持续发展最有效的途径。

Abstract:The course of building enterprise of study type is also the course of promoting enterprise to strengthen study capacity, creation force and central competitive, continually realizing self-improvement. Through analyzing how to speed up the four transitions and its significance in the course of building study-type enterprise, illustrated to build study-type enterprise is the most effective approach to strengthen central competitive, to promote enterprise to get involved in furious market competition and to maintain continuous development.
