| 摘 要： | 为了尽快解决CDMA2000 1x EVDO用户无法接入网络严重影响用户感知的问题,接入性能优化采取DT/CQT测试、用户投诉分析和网管数据分析方式从基础部分、无线网部分和核心网部分逐段排查和定位优化,提出了每段优化排查的具体措施。实际案例结果表明：通过BS8800基站CHDO板故障排查定位分析,快速排查定位无法接入网络问题,及时采取重新启动设备的优化措施,解决了EVDO用户无法正常接入的隐性故障,为准确排查EVDO网络无法接入问题提供可借鉴的工作经验。 |
