冀东油田套管损坏现状及综合治理措施

摘    要:冀东油田是典型复杂断块油田,油水井套管损坏严重,到2001年底,全油田22.4%的油水井发现套管损坏。通过对套损井的基本现状进行综合研究分析,确定了套损机理研究的主攻方向,并对已发现的套损井采用取套换套、超细水泥封堵、套管补贴、磨铣变形套管后下防砂管挤压防砂、下小直径工具进行分注卡水等大修工艺,使部分套损井可进行正常的分层注水和采油,提高了套损井的利用率。

Abstract:Being a typical complex blocked reservoir, Jidong Oilfield exists serious casing damage in producers and injectors. Up to the end of 2002, 22.4 percent wells of the total were destroyed. The casing damage mechanism has been demonstrated by means of comprehensive analysis to the basic condition of casing failure, and some well-repairing technologies have been used for these casing deformation wells, such as casing withdrawal-altering in, particulate cement plugging, casing patch, deformation interval milling followed by pipe liner running in and pressuring sand control, little diameter-packers for separate injection wells and water plugging wells, etc. By the methods above, the damage wells have partially put on production once more, the well utilization factor increasing. The comprehensive regulation measures bring in a magnificent result.
