摘    要:硫酸的浓度、温度对其腐蚀性影响很大。一般来说 ,浓硫酸的温度越高 ,其对某种金属材料的腐蚀速度越快 ,且一种金属材料无法同时耐浓硫酸和稀硫酸的腐蚀。本文主要探讨从减少稀酸环境和降低酸温等方面来提高硫酸系统浓酸泵的运行稳定性。

Abstract:The concentration and temperature of sulphric acid influences its corrosion property greatly. Generally, the temperature of concentrated sulphric acid is the higher, the quicker it corrodes a certain metallic material. And one kind of metallic material can hardly endure corrosion of both concentrated and diluted sulphric acid. This article mainly discusses how to improve the stable operation of acid pump by deceasing diluted acid phenomena and lowering down acid temperature.
