摘    要:采用化学沉淀法制备出片状和棒状混合的纳米β-Ni(OH)_2,将纳米粉体以 8%比例掺入到球镍中制成复合电极,研究了反应温度和搅拌速度对纳米粉体结构、形貌及其复合电极电化学性能的影响,结果表明,反应温度升高,纳米颗粒粒径增大;搅拌速度提高,粒径减小;复合电极的放电比容量随反应温度和搅拌速度提高先增大后减小,当反应温度为 50℃、搅拌速度为 600 r/min时,相应的复合电极放电比容量最大,达到了 263.3 mAh/g,比纯球镍电极放电比容量(239.4 mAh/g)提高了约 10%。研究还显示,复合电极的放电比容量与其粉体的压实密度有直接对应关系,其放电比容量和放电平台均高于纯球镍电极。

Abstract:The nano-sized [3-Ni (OH)2 powder with nano-flakes and nanorod were prepared by chemical deposition method. Effects of reaction temperature and stirring speed on the morphologie and structure of the powder and the electrochemical performance of composite electrode were investigated. The results indicated that nano particles size increased with the elevating of reaction temperature and the particles size reduced with the elevating of stirring speed. The discharged specific capability of the composite electrode increased at first,then decreased with the increasing of reaction temperature and stirring speed.The maximum number (263.3mAh/g) was obtained when reaction temperature was 50~C and stirring speed was 600r/rain. It was about 10% higher than that of the pure spheroshape Ni (OH)2(239.4mAh/g).The study also showed that there was direct corresponding relationships between the discharge specific capacity of composite electrode and the pressing density of composite powders. The discharge specific capacity and discharge voltage were higher than that of the pure spheroshape Ni(OH)2.
