含铁水滑石焙烧产物催化合成乙酸正丁酯

摘    要:采用共沉淀法合成了9种含铁水滑石,以其焙烧产物为催化剂研究了乙酸正丁酯催化合成的各种影响因素。结果表明:所有焙烧产物都可以催化乙酸正丁酯反应,其中4NiFe效果最好,4CoFe次之,2MgFe第三,在最佳合成条件为酸醇摩尔比为1:2,催化剂用量0.5g,反应时间为2h,催化产率分别为96.5%、79.0%,67.0%。

Abstract:n - Butyl tained from calcination of mixed oxides showed high acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and butanol using mixed oxides catalyst, which were ob- MFe - hydrotalcite preparing with the coprecipitation method. The results showed that all the catalytic, 4NiFe was the best, 4CoFe was the second, and 2MgFe was the third, the catalytic activity were 96.5 % ,79.0 % ,67.0% under optimal reaction condition as follows : n ( acetic acid) : n (butanol) = 1 : 2, catalyst dosage O. 5g,reaction time 2 hour.
