PP/纳米SiO2复合材料制备与结晶性能的研究

摘    要:通过熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/纳米SiO2复合材料。研究了纳米SiO2含量对PP/SiO2力学性能的影响。结果表明:当纳米SiO2含量为2份时,复合材料的力学性能最优;与纯PP相比,V形缺口冲击强度提高了90%,拉伸强度提高了5%,弯曲强度提高了23%。扫描电镜(SEM)观察表明纳米SiO2均匀无团聚地分散于PP中;差示扫描量热法(DSC)和X射线衍射法(XRD)实验结果发现均匀分散的纳米SiO2使PP的结晶度变大,晶体尺寸分布变窄,晶体体积变小。改善了的PP球晶是聚丙烯性能提高的重要原因之一。

Abstract:Polypropylene(PP)and nano-Sich composites were prepared through direct melt mix processing method.The mechanical properties of the composites vs.content of nano-SiO2 were studied.Results showed that the properties were optimum when mixed 2%nano-SiO2 and compared with pure PP,the Izod impact strength increased by 90%,the tensile strength increased by 5%and the flexural modulus increased by 23%.The Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)observation proved that the nano-SiO2 particles were evenly dispersed in PP matrix.The Differential Scanning Thermo-(DSC)and X-Ray Diffraction(XRD)analysis showed that the degree of crystallization increased,the distribution of crystal size became narrow,and the volume of crystal became small after mixing nano-SiO2.Perhaps the improvememt of spheralites was one of the important factors for the enhancement of PP's mechanical properties.
