摘    要:本文首先说明了触发真空开关的基本工作原理,分析了TVS中的基础等离子体过程,特别是初始等离子体的产生和扩展过程。对几种新型TVS的结构和性能做了详细介绍。

Abstract:The recent development in TVS is reviewed in this report. The structure and working mechanism are described. The processes concerning the plasma in TVS especially the production and expansion of initial plasma are analysed. Some new types of TVS are introduced.
