摘 要: | 以不同粒径的分子筛颗粒与炼焦煤颗粒为原料分别在气固移动流化床干燥器内进行了双组分颗粒分级流化行为特性与气固间传热特性的实验研究。考察操作气速、颗粒直径与不同粒径配比的变化以及搅拌转速对床层阻力的影响,并对流化状态加以描述分析,研究了干燥器气固间传热特性,得出了相应的表面传热系数关联式,计算值与实验值的误差小于15%。

Abstract: | An experimental study on the characteristics of fluidizing behavior and classification of binary patticles and the characteristics of heat transfer between air and particles was carried through in gas-solid mobile fluidized bed dryer with different particle size and particle coking coal as raw material. The effects of operating variables such as air velocity, different size particle diameter and diameter ratio changes and agitator rotational speed on bed resistance were investigated. Flowing situation is also analyzed. The characteristics of heat transfer between air and particles are investigated experimentally, and the corresponding membrane-associated equation was obtained, and the error between calculated and experimental values is less than 15%. |
