| Abstract: | The drying abilities of rare earth elements which used in alkyd resin alone and together with cobalt were investigated,and the drying mechanism of rare earth elements was also discussed.The results showed that only the cerium or mixed rare earth used together with cobolt can satisfy the drying speed of paint. |
