摘    要:介绍气缸体主轴孔粗-半精-精加工采用拉-推-拉镗工艺的选用原因、采取的方法和对策、具体的工艺设计以及应用实例。该工艺较传统工艺流程更简化,可降低设备投资,优化车间布局,并且对主轴孔的加工具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:A special manufacturing process-pull/push boring-is adopted for main crank bore. The reason for this process selection, process layout, detail process and an application case are presented. Research and the application case show that this process is simple, low investment and optimum site layout, as well as more practical compared with conventional process.
