行星式球磨机机理及磨碎试验研究

摘    要:行星式球磨机可以用于超细磨矿。磨机的结构尺寸一旦确定,磨球脱离筒壁的临界转速脱离点位置则不会改变。影响磨矿的特性参数有转速、球粉比、球配比和磨矿时间(能量输入)等。当球粉比为0.7至0.75,球料总体积为磨筒容积的2/3左右时,磨碎效果好;球磨机的钢球搭配方式不适合于行星磨;当磨机的公转转速高时尤其适合于磨碎硬和特硬物料。

Abstract:The planetary mill can be used for the ultrafine comminution, when the mechanism size of the mill is determined, the escaping position of the critical speed of the grinding ball will not be changed. The performance parameters that affect the comminution are the rotational speed, the ratio of the ball value, the ratio of the different ball size.and the grinding time,etc. When the ratio of the ball value is 0.7 to 0.75 and the volume of the ball material is equal to 2/3that of the grining ball, the grinding effect is better. The ratio of different ball size of the ball mill is not suited to the planetary mill. When the rotational speed is high ,the ball mil! can grind hard or very hard materials.
