| 摘 要： | 行政首都建设计划和1988年汉城奥运会 ,对韩国城市设计的发展起重要的作用。韩国 1980年制定了有关城市设计的法律 ,1992年进行了一次修改 ,城市设计在较短的时间内“落脚”了。但是韩国的城市设计过分地倾向于“制度” ,而且联系城市设计和城市规划的方法也不够完善。

| Abstract: | There were two important motives making urban design in Korea progressive: the movement project of the government capital and the Seoul Olympics. Through the enabling of a legislation governing the urban design and its revision after 12 years, the urban design system has been quickly established in Korea. However, emphasis has been put on the institutional aspect of urban design and the methodological aspect is to be studied. |
