太钢袁家村铁矿石英型氧化矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:分析了太钢袁家村铁矿石英型氧化矿石的化学成分、矿物组成、粒度嵌布特征。通过磨矿细度试验、粗精矿流程试验、药剂用量试验, 证明脱泥反浮选流程比直接反浮选流程具有较大优势, 不仅可以使铁精矿品位得到较大提高, 还可以节省浮选药剂。

Abstract:Chemical components, mineral composition and mineral dissemination characteristics of Yuanjiacun quartz-type oxide ore were studied. The experiments on grinding fineness, flowsheets for rough concentrate processing, and flotation reagent rate show that the flowsheet of desliming-reverse flotation has advantages over that of direct reverse flotation, as the former can not only elevate obviously the grade of iron concentrate, but also save the assumption of flotation reagents.
