摘    要:提出了一种新的方法解决了考虑滑道摩擦情况下飞剪机构的动力学分析问题。该方法首先通过相对速度和加速度判定摩擦力的方向,然后对每一给定位置通过四次求解方程组,最终确定出其中的一组正确解。该方法从理论上解决了此类问题的解析求解问题,对实际机构的强度设计、各铰链滚动轴承的选择、滑道材料的选择以及驱动电机功率的选择都有指导意义。

Abstract:A new method is presented for dynamic analysis of flying shear with consideration of friction in the slide block. Firstly, the direction of the friction force is obtained by judging the direction of the relative velocity and acceleration between slide block and its guide. Next, for each given position, four sets of equations will be solved for determining the correct result. Analytical solution is theoretically obtained according to this method. These results can be used for the strength design of the mechanism, choosing the bearing for the all joints, choosing the materials for the sliding and choosing the power of the driving motor.
