高职院校企业培训师队伍建设的现状与对策分析

目前高职院校学历教育快速发展，但依据政策规定，高职教育还兼具服务经济社会发展的职能，要广泛开展企业培训，参与企业员工的业务技能提升培训，通过发挥高职院校的资源优势，实现服务经济社会发展的职能，提升高职学院的品牌。文章分析了高职院校开展企业培训的重要意义，明确了高职院校企业培训师队伍建设过程中遇到的问题，提出了五点高职院校企业培训师建设对策建议。

Analysis on present situation and countermeasures of enterprise trainer construction in higher vocational colleges

At present, the academic education in higher vocational colleges is developing rapidly, but according to the policy, higher vocational education has the functions of serving the economic and social development. The enterprise training should be carried out to promote the skills of the enterprise staff. Higher vocational colleges should use the resources advantages to realize the functions of serving the economic and social development and promote the brand of the higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the significance of enterprise training in higher vocational colleges and problems encountered during the enterprise trainers construction and puts forward five countermeasures for the construction.
