LY12铝合金与铜摩擦焊接性能的试验研究

摘    要:对LY12铝合金与铜摩擦焊接性能进行了试验研究,并通过采用纯铝作中间过渡层探讨了改善LY12与铜摩擦焊接性的可能性。结果表明:LY12与铜摩擦焊接性能较差,采用纯铝作中间过渡层后,可大大改善LY12与铜摩擦焊接性能,获得高质量的焊接接头。

Abstract:The properties and microstructures of the friction weldment between LY12 aluminum alloy and copper was investigated. It was verified that the friction weldability between LY12 alloy and copper may be improved through taking pure aluminum as intermediate layer.The results show that properties of the friction weldment between LY12 aluminum alloy and copper is bad,but ,after using intermediate layer of pure aluminum,its properties is better,and can obtain the high quality of welding joint.
