| 摘 要： | 主要分析了影响油墨转移率的众多影响因素中印刷压力、印刷速度、纸张平滑度和油墨粘度等因素。在正交实验的基础上，采用极差分析法分析影响因素与油墨转移率的关系。得出各因素对油墨转移率的影响趋势，并指出油墨黏度是影响油墨转移率的主要因素。

| Abstract: | The factors of influence ink transfer rate are mainly analyzed in this paper.Printing pressure,printing speed,paper smooth and ink viscosity are taken as factors among numerous influencing factors.Based on orthogonal experiment,by means of analysis of variance the relation between ink transfer rate and four factors is analyzed,ink viscosity is main factor which influence ink transfer rate is educed. |
