ZSM-22分子筛的合成与表征

摘    要:以1,6-己二胺(DAH)为模版剂,在水热合成条件下考察了合成方法、添加晶源、不同硅源、晶化温度、硅铝比等因素对合成ZSM-22分子筛的影响。并采用XRD、SEM等方法对合成样品进行了表征。实验结果表明,在晶化温度为433 K、原料配比为90(SiO2)∶1(Al2O3)∶27(DAH)∶27(K2O)∶3 600(H2O)时,采用正硅酸乙酯为硅源,以动态合成法可合成结晶度良好的ZSM-22分子筛。

Abstract:The ZSM-22 zeolite has been synthesized by means of the hydrothermal synthesis method using 1,6-diaminohexane as a template.The effect of synthesis conditions on ZSM-22 zeolite was studied.The synthesized sample were characterized by XRD and SEM.The synthesised ZSM-22 zeolite was highly crystalline and free of amorphous material under the following optimal dynamic synthesis conditions: temperature 433 K、90(SiO2)∶1(Al2O3)∶27(DAH)∶27(K2O)∶3 600(H2O),tetraethyl orthosilioate as the silica source.
