Knowledge Management of Library at Knowledge Economy Times

This paper introduces the connotation of the knowledge management and shows that the tendency of library development is knowledge management. This paper expounds the necessity of the knowledge management and advances some strategies for implementing the knowledge managemeht of library. The Library should summarize, enrich and perfect itself constantly in practice according to its actualities and characteristics, and establish a set of effective knowledge man- agement mode which is suitable for the features of China＇s libraries.
