微波消解-有机基体改进剂对石墨炉原子吸收法测定头发中铅的影响

摘    要:在石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计测定头发中铅含量实验中,对比前处理采用酸消化法和微波消解法的样品数值效果,对比加入基体改进剂磷酸二氢铵和有机基体改进剂抗坏血酸对实验的准确度、能耗、精密度的影响。结果表明:用微波消解法处理样品,需酸量为3 mL,时间为6 min,检出量最高值为10.15μg/kg。以抗坏血酸为基体改进剂所测出的结果,比以磷酸二氢铵为基体改进剂测出的吸光度值大,信号强,测量结果准确。

Abstract:Lead content in the hair is determined by the Graphite furnace AAS,the sample numerical results is compared with acid digestion and microwave digestion by pre-treatment using.The result shows that the sample dealing with acid digestion is demanded 3mL of nitric acid and 6 min,with detection limit of 10.15μg/kg.The results with taking organic matrix of ascorbic acid as matrix modifie are better than Matrix modifier NH4H2PO4 in absorbance,signal and measurement result.
