超深排水板堆土预压法

摘    要:本文论述在26m厚的淤泥质粘土中,采用塑料排水板,进行堆土预压处理的变形观测和效果评价。6座5万m3油罐地基中埋设的深层沉降管、测斜管、孔隙水压力计和地表沉降标观测表明,在堆土18m预压后地基沉降量高达3.08m、地基承载力提高到300kPa、固结度达93%,满足兴建大型油罐的要求。实验证明,用塑料排水板处理深达30m,承载力只有70kPa的淤泥质粘土是可行的。

Abstract:This paper introduces the displacement observation of 26m thick clay foundation after the adoption of deep wick drain and preloading. The monitoring results of extensometers, inclinometers, piezometer tips and settleplates installed in the base of six 50000m^3 oil tanks show that the maximum settlement of the ground is as high as 3.08m and the consolidation reaches 93% after prloading. The engineering practices show that the technology of ultradeep wick drain is feasible in elevating the bearing capacity of deep mucky clay.
