| Abstract: | With China's entry of WTO,the Chinese government will certainly undergo profound changes in function,system,way of thinking and management. In order to meet these challenges,we should renew our ideas and improve the ways in governmental management. On the other hand we should make an effort to reconstruct the relationship between government and enterprises and promote the reformation in governmental management system. |
