| Abstract: | At present, there still exist various problems in the technical innovation of enterprises in Xuzhou in those areas ranging from mechanism, notion, fund, and technical conversion. This paper is designed to work out a way to readjust the structure of enterprises and the relationship between the government and enterprises, and to establish a scientific technical innovation mechanism, a service system and a staff training program, so as to promote the technical innovation of enterprises in Xuzhou. |
