| Abstract: | Since the growth of an enterprise is closely associated with the introduction and cultivation of qualified personnel,we must attach great importance to the issue of human resources. In achieving this we must improve our work in training and educating the staff,and try to reform our out-of-dated personnel system and be tolerant of employing the young people. |
