| 摘 要： | 在控制系统中,尤其是处于无人职守状态的控制仪器、仪表中,“看门狗”电路是必不可少的。文中介绍了Xicor公司近年来推出的带E2PROM的“看门狗”芯片系列X5043/X5045,并给出了以MCS—51系列单片机作为微处理器的系统的硬件接口电路和应用程序。
