| 摘 要： | 校园环境作为教育资源的重要组成部分,是学校形象的载体,是一种特殊的文化景观,有助于提升学生的全面素质。尤其是内在的教育文化环境对培养新时期的创新人才更是起着重要的主导作用。本文主要从管理的角度对软环境的建设进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | As an important component of educational resources, campus environment, which is an embodiment of the image of a particular school and a presentation of a splendid cultural phenomenon, exerts a profound influence on the improvement of a student's all - round qualities. Especially internal educational and cultural environment plays an important and even leading part in turning out innovative qualified personnel. In this paper, in particular, investigations and illustrations are carried out around the building of soft environment from the administrative angle. |
