| 摘 要： | 目前加工贸易已成为我国实现工业化的一条捷径,加工贸易在我国经济发挥重要的作用。在当前跨国公司已成为加工贸易的主体的形势下,本文对如何对加工贸易进行监管,如何扩大加工贸易对本国经济的影响进行了探讨。
