| 摘 要： | 通过对构建21世纪高校课外体育活动新型式的理论与实践的分析和对学生问卷调查信息反馈得知:通过健身与健心教育、课外与课内有机结合,课外体育活动新型式的构建顺应了时代的要求,与社会体育接轨,并保持同步性,同时按素质教育的要求,树立了健康第一的思想。新型式有利于养成良好的锻炼习惯,提高学生体育文化水平,促进校园体育文化建设。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the theory and practice of establishing new models in extracurricular sports activities and the feedback of surveys among students, this paper concludes that the establishment of new model of extracurricular sports activities, which combine physical education with psychological education. in - class education with after - class activities, is in accordance with the demand of our era. And this new model tends to seek agreement and connection between school physical education and social sports. Meanwhile it values healthiness much. It is more effective in enhancing the construction of campus sports culture. |
